Private pilot license

The private pilot's license issued by Transport Canada allows the holder to operate a single-engine airplane with wheels under visual flight rules (VFR) by day, with passengers on board. It is possible to add annotations or qualifications to the basic license. A licensee may obtain private annotation for night flying or flying over the top or cloud (OTT) and those on floats or skis. It can also add the skills of instrument flying and multi-engines.
